LAS Digital Technologies, LLC ("LAS," "we," "us") builds and operates AI for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights. Plain language, no dark patterns.

1. Who we are

LAS Digital Technologies, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. Operationally we are a founder-led, small senior team. The contact for any privacy question is admin@lasdigitaltech.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Contact form / discovery-call submissions: name, email, company, phone, business type, the description of what you're trying to fix, the engagement path you're interested in, and your preferred call time.
Email correspondence: the content you send us and any attachments.
Engagement data: if you become a client, the information you share with us during scoping, build, and operation — for example, business documents, customer records, transcripts, or operational data needed to build and run your AI systems.

Information collected automatically

Server logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamp, the page you requested, and the referring page. Retained for up to 90 days.
Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages perform well. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and run a discovery call.
To deliver the engagement you hired us for — scope, build, deploy, and operate your AI systems.
To send transactional emails related to your engagement (status updates, invoices, agreements).
To improve the website, our services, and our internal operations.
To meet legal obligations (tax records, regulatory requests).

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer engagement data to train public foundation models.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with subprocessors who help us run the business. We pick these vendors deliberately and require contractual protections. Common categories:

Cloud infrastructure: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform — for hosting, storage, and compute.
AI model providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — when we send a prompt or document through their inference API to generate a response. Where required (e.g., HIPAA), we operate under BAAs and enterprise-tier privacy terms that prohibit training on your data.
Communications & productivity: Google Workspace (email, docs), accounting and billing software.
Form & analytics tooling: the platform that powers the contact form and basic site analytics.

We will share information when legally required (subpoena, court order, regulator request) and will tell you about the request unless legally prohibited.

5. Where data is stored

Most data is stored in the United States. Some subprocessors may process data in other regions; we choose vendors that offer commercially reasonable safeguards (encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, audit logging) regardless of region.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiry submissions: retained for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted unless you become a client.
Client engagement data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archive window (typically 12 months) after closure. Longer retention only if required by law or by your contract.
Server logs: up to 90 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these, email admin@lasdigitaltech.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We don't require an account or a specific form — a plain-language email is enough.

8. Cookies & tracking

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies for essential functionality (e.g., remembering whether a mobile menu was open). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral profiling. We do not honor "Do Not Track" as a binary signal because we do not track in the targeted-advertising sense in the first place.

9. Children

The site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. HIPAA

The Pro Bundle deploys with HIPAA-conformant infrastructure and BAAs in place with all subprocessors that touch Protected Health Information. Detailed compliance posture is documented in the engagement's BAA. The Starter and Growth Bundles are not HIPAA-conformant by default and should not be used to handle PHI.

11. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify clients with active engagements by email. For prospects and visitors, the current policy is always at /privacy.
