LAS Digital Technologies was built around a simple belief: AI is no longer a feature you bolt onto a business. It is a new way to operate, build, and deliver. We test that belief on ourselves first, then bring what survives to clients.
We are a small, senior team. Twenty-five years of enterprise engineering and CTO experience, built on top of a fully AI-augmented operating model. Every internal function — engineering, marketing, finance, support, ops, delivery — runs through AI with a human decision gate.
That model is what lets us ship faster, cost less, and stay current with what is actually possible. We don't sell what we don't run. We don't ship what we wouldn't trust on our own books.
A demo proves a model can do a thing once. Production proves it does the thing reliably, observed, with gates.
AI does the volume work. Humans make the calls that matter — and we engineer the gates explicitly.
We don't chase frontier benchmarks. We ship the thing that moves your operational metric this quarter.
Paid scoping protects both sides. After it, you get a fixed quote and a delivery plan you can trust.
No religion. We pick the model and substrate that wins on cost/latency/quality for your workload.
Our buyers run real businesses. The deliverable is calibrated to their day, not to a research paper.
AI on its own is just a demo. To actually keep working in your business — every day, with real customers — it needs solid tech work behind it. We do that part too. You hire us for the AI, and you get a real tech team along with it.
The main work we do: AI that works for real, not just in a slick demo. AI that knows your business info. AI that does work for you. AI that pulls info out of documents. Plus the testing that makes sure all of it actually does what it should — every time.
A lot of "AI" problems are really number problems — predicting what's coming, spotting things that don't fit, testing what's working. We do that side too. Plus dashboards that show you what's actually happening in your business, in plain numbers.
All the tech leadership a serious business needs — without paying a full-time salary. We run your AI work, hiring, big tech decisions, and vendor calls. Month-to-month. You get our direct attention — not somebody pooled across ten other clients.
Web apps, mobile apps, behind-the-scenes systems. We use AI tools to build faster — same quality, less time, less cost.
Moving your business onto the cloud (Amazon, Microsoft, or Google). Setting it up safely, watching the costs, and keeping it running. The kind of stuff AI actually needs to work.
Helping people find your business online — Google searches, local searches, paid ads. With AI changing how people search, we mix old-school SEO with AI-powered ways to write content.
Looking at what you have, where you want to go, and helping you get there. Picking the right software vendors, reviewing your current setup, and checking your security — before anything gets built.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
John founded LAS Digital Technologies after 25+ years in enterprise technology — engineering, architecture, and CTO roles at companies running production systems at scale. As CEO, he sets the company's direction, decides which engagements we take on, and reviews the work before it ships. That bar is why we don't sell demos. We ship AI that runs in production.
Chief Technology Officer
Chandler runs engineering at LAS Digital Technologies. He owns the architecture, picks the models and cloud, builds the evals, and decides what clears our production gates. At an AI-native firm, the CTO is half engineering-leader, half quality-officer — Chandler does both. He's the reason what we ship actually stays up, not just demos well when the room is watching.
VP of Business Development
Mabel leads how we connect with the businesses we serve. She's usually the first person clients meet — sitting down with owners and operators to figure out whether AI is the right fit for what they're trying to do, and what working together would actually look like. After that first conversation, she stays close to every relationship, making sure what we deliver lines up with what you actually need.
